National Coming Out Week 2011
There are many events that will take place between October 3rd and 15th to commemorate National Coming Out Week 2011. For a complete schedule of events, visit the Pride Events site.
Queer Yo Mind at SF State
Queer Yo Mind, organized by the Pride committee at San Francisco State University with many co-sponsors, will be held October 15th, 2011, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Queer Yo Mind is a FREE conference for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex and straight allies (LGBTQQI) dedicated to unite and provide educational opportunities for students, staff, and general community members about issues and topics surrounding the LGBTQQI community. This conference also seeks to foster community and leadership for LGBTQQ students on and off campus as well as promoting allyship for those who want to expand their knowledge and consciousness.

PRIDE Prom Success!
Student Life hosted the inaugural Pride Prom at SF State on February 11, 2011.

On Thursday, February 11, 2010, Pride at SF State hosted Honoring Our Right to Love to invite the campus community (students, staff, faculty and administrators) to speak out they (and their families) have been impacted by Proposition 8. Watch the video made from the event.
