These seminars are for F students who have been in the U.S. in F status for five years or less (2006 or later).
The deadline for filing your income tax returns is April 18, 2011 if you received wages or other income subject to tax withholding. Otherwise, if you had no income and are filing only form 8843, the deadline is June 15, 2011.
OIP staff are neither qualified nor permitted to give individual tax advice. Tax information is available only at tax seminars.

Visit the downtown San Francisco Office of the Internal Revenue Service, located at 450 Golden Gate Avenue. From late January until April 15, the office is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. At all other times, office hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9 am to 1 pm.
Contact a tax preparation service, professional tax accountant, or tax attorney. Be sure that whomever you visit is knowledgeable about non-resident tax laws. (Please note that a fee will be charged by anyone hired to prepare your tax forms.)
