Mission: To Build a Campus Environment that Incorporates Conflict as a Part of Learning and Campus Management

Conflict Management and Resolution aims at providing students, faculty and staff an alternative to the formal grievance/appeal process to resolving conflicts. It provides a conflict-friendly environment whereby an individual can seek safe, fair and impartial process to resolving conflicts. This process does not preclude the individual from seeking the formal grievance process at a later stage.
