Campus Mediation Process

1. An individual may seek mediation service directly by contacting the Center for Conflict Management and Resolution. S/he completes an Intake Form.
2. In one week’s time, a staff/counselor will conduct an interview with the individual by phone or in person. The interview is to seek information regarding the scope of dispute and to determine the type of mediation
3. A mediator is assigned to the case. The mediator will contact the all parties to determine the timeline, number of sessions, type of mediation and outcome expectations.
4. Mediation is conducted.
