Alternative Dispute Resolution

Alternative dispute resolution is available to students, faculty and staff. Individuals who seek alternative dispute resolution do not preclude their right to the formal process. Filing dates for the formal process will be extended while the individual is actively involved in the alternative dispute resolution (ADR). At anytime, an individual can terminate the ADR process and move on to the formal dispute/appeal process. The ADR process begins at the Office of Human Relations.
