SWEDISH AMBASSADOR TO VISIT S.F. STATE FOR LECTURE NOV. 2

SAN FRANCISCO --- Margareta Hergardt, Swedish Ambassador to the U.S., will present a lecture titled "Sweden in Europe: Reflections from a Northern Perspective" on Tuesday, November 2 at 6:30 p.m. in the Seven Hills Conference Center at San Francisco State University, 1600 Holloway Ave. Admission is free.

The lecture is sponsored by the Office of the President at S.F. State, the Consulate General of Sweden in San Francisco and the Northern California Chapter of the Fulbright Association. To RSVP, call (510) 843-0213.

The event is part of SFSU's Centennial celebration. Founded in 1899, SFSU is celebrating its 100th year of service to San Francisco, the Bay Area, California and beyond. San Francisco State University is a highly diverse community of 27,000 students and 3,100 faculty and staff. It is one of the largest campuses in the nationally recognized 23-campus California State University system.
