More than 20 Bay Area candidates in recall to speak at forum moderated by KPFA’s Davey D.

More than 20 Bay Area-based candidates for California governor will speak at a San Francisco State University forum.

Each candidate will respond to the question “What is the biggest challenge facing California and how do you plan to address it?” as well as a follow-up question.

The forum is sponsored by the SFSU Journalism Department and the Golden Gate [X]press, SFSU’s student newspaper. They will also hold a forum for San Francisco mayoral candidates in late October.

Candidates scheduled to appear include: James Green, Jerry Kunzman, Dick Lane, Calvin Louie, Christopher Ranken, Ned Rosco, Sharon Rushford, Christopher Sproul, Joel Britton and Lingel Winters.

Davey D., host of “Hard Knock Radio” on KPFA-FM, will moderate the forum.
