San Francisco State hosts third annual Dialogue on
Diversity event-"Diversity in Academia: Keeping It Real"
WHAT:
San Francisco State University's third annual Dialogue on Diversity will explore the role of diversity in the academic institution by focusing specifically on how diversity can be factored into the university's strategic planning.

Keynote Speaker:
- James Anderson, Associate Provost, North Carolina State University. An expert on diversity as a component of strategic planning in higher education.
Panel I: Rethinking the Academic Core
- A panel of SFSU scholars working in fields such as disability studies, women studies, ethnic studies, and human sexuality studies.
Panel II: Reshaping Policy & Practice
- A panel of participants from across the SFSU campus. The panel will also feature Mario Santo, Senior Director for Employment, California State University.
