Professor of Asian American Studies Grace Yoo co-edited "Encyclopedia of Asian American Issues Today," published by Greenwood Publishing Group in December.

Health Education
Professor of Health Education Erik Peper published, "Chocolate: Finger licking good -- An economic and tasty temperature feedback device," in Biofeedback.

Peper gave the invited presentation, "Self-and Essence of Healing," at the Japanese Society of Integrative Medicine, Kansai Medical Center, Osaka, Japan, on Jan. 23.
