Senior Assistant Librarian Kendra Van Cleave's essay, "Collaboration," was published in the book "Proven Strategies for Building an Information Literacy Program" (Neal-Schuman, 2007).

Librarian Ned Fielden had his travel piece "Punts, Pints, and Paras," describing his Spring 2007 sabbatical in Cambridge, England, published in the April 2008 issue of the disability journal New Mobility.

Nancy Hayes, Dean of the College of Business, was named one of the Bay Area's Most Influential Women in Business by the San Francisco Business Times.
