Theatre Arts
Joan Arhelger, professor of theatre arts, designed the lighting for the Marin Theatre Co. production of "A Streetcar Named Desire," which plays through April 20 in Mill Valley.

Art
Artwork by Lewis DeSoto, professor of art, will be displayed at the exhibit “The Question is Known: (W)here is Latin American/Latino Art?” from April 18 to May 24 at the Mission Cultural Center for Latino Arts in San Francisco. Judith Bettelheim, professor of art, will give a presentation related to the exhibit at an April 19 symposium at the San Francisco Art Institute.

Library
Librarians John Wenzler, Jeff Rosen, Mira Foster and Laura Moody presented "Out of the Stacks and Into TheirSpace" a talk on emerging Web 2.0 technologies, at the California Academic and Research Libraries biannual conference held April 3-5. 

Senior Assistant Librarian Pam Howard spoke on the panel "Scholarly Communication: Solving a Global Crisis" at the California Academic and Research Libraries biannual conference.

Librarian Ned Fielden presented a paper, "Renaissance/Early Modern Academic Libraries at Cambridge and Oxford: Transitions from Medieval to Modern," at the California Academic and Research Libraries biannual conference held April 3-5. 

Librarian Locke Morrissey received the Outstanding Member Award at the California Academic and Research Libraries biannual conference. The award recognizes extraordinary professional activities at the regional and national levels.
