New tenure-track faculty 2010-11

College of Creative Arts
Tarek Elhaik, assistant professor of cinema, will teach critical studies and non-narrative film. Highest degree earned: Ph.D., cultural anthropology, University of California, Berkeley. Most recent academic position: assistant professor of anthropology, Rice University.

Matt Lipps, assistant professor of art, will teach photography three and photography four. Highest degree earned: M.F.A., studio art, University of California, Irvine. Most recent academic position: photography lab supervisor, University of California, Los Angeles, Photography department.

College of Behavioral and Social Sciences
Molly Oshatz, assistant professor of history. Will teach courses in American history, and intellectual and cultural thought. Ph.D. in history from University of California, Berkeley. Most recent academic position: assistant professor of history at Florida State University.
