Temporary changes to office hours
Updated Sept. 25, 2009 -- This page will list new hours for offices on campus due to furloughs necessitated by California state budget cuts.
New office hours for Fiscal Affairs Units
The following is a list of new hours for Fiscal Affairs offices. Note that the Bursars and OneCard offices will have extended hours on Mondays and Tuesdays beginning one week prior to the first day of classes through the end of the fourth week of classes.
Accounts payable (ADM 351): Monday-Friday, 10 am. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m.
Bursars (ADM 155): Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m. Friday: 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Bursars (SSB 103): Monday-Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Fiscal Services (ADM 358): Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m.
OneCard (SSB 103): Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
New office hours for Human Resources, Safety and Risk Management
In order to continue to provide timely, responsive and consistent customer service, Human Resources will be open an additional hour Monday through Friday (with the exception of Wednesday). The offices will be closed on Wednesday to maximize the staff's time to review and process personnel transactions and implement required programmatic changes. Staff will check voicemail and e-mail and respond to urgent matters. All other requests for assistance will be answered on the next business day.
