Former Gator makes People’s 25 hottest bachelors list

June 27, 2003

Photo of Stephen LincolnBritain’s Prince William turned 21 on June 21, a good excuse for People Magazine to run a June 30 cover story on the international heartthrob and 25 other eligible bachelors. SFSU alum Stephen C. Lincoln is featured among that top 25, along with the likes of Colin Hanks, Adrien Brody and Keanu Reeves. Lincoln earned his bachelor’s degree in speech and communications studies in 1991.

Lincoln lives in New York City, where he founded The Protein Bakery to produce and sell the high-protein, low-carbohydrate cookies and brownies that helped drive his own 82-pound weight loss. The baking bachelor is also an actor and group fitness director at Manhattan’s David Barton Gym, according to People.

His brownies and self-described "cookies with muscle" are hand-made with natural ingredients, and are free of preservatives and wheat flour. Sold primarily online, the sweet treats are available at retail locations on the East coast, including many New York gyms, coffee shops and theaters.

"I may not be on Broadway just yet, but my cookies are," Lincoln told People.
