Bay area business people will learn more about the accomplishments of many SFSU alumni, faculty and students in a new advertising campaign launched today in the San Francisco Business Times.

The campaign highlights achievements by alumni and faculty in such areas as film, creative writing, the sciences, business and the arts, showcasing the men and women who have studied or taught at San Francisco State University.

The ad campaign is part of ongoing efforts to build visibility for the University and illustrate its value to the larger community.

Alumni, who have enriched the region’s civic, economic and cultural life for more than a century, play a prominent role in the campaign. Accomplishments of current faculty and students are also featured, to highlight the University’s commitment to scholarship and community service.
