Abstract |
Secondary survey data are used to examine factors influencing marital quality among Korean working wives (N = 251), including (1) husbands participation in housework in five areas; (2) wives attitudes toward male provider/female housekeeper roles; & (3) wives perceptions of fairness regarding the division of housework. The strongest predictor explaining the variance of marital quality was perception of fairness regarding the division of housework. Implications for future research & social work practice are discussed. 2 Tables, 47 References. Adapted from the source document
