| Abstract |
The field of psychoanalytical training includes, besides the analytic couple, the institution itself with all its agencies, members and relations with other institutions. Transference and countertransference conform an indissoluble unity in the analytic field and therefore also in the training one. If the receptors maintain the virtual place, as a semblance of the Other, the learning process will lead to the discovery of the transferences that become learning instruments.
