Summer 2012 Orientation Overnight Accommodations
Overnight accommodations are available on campus for students attending summer orientations and their family.

$60.00 per person (breakfast is included)
Amenities:
Overnight accommodation is equipped with two single beds, two desks; one shared closet. These units also come with their own private bathroom.
The overnight accommodations include the following:
- Bed Linen
- Blanket
- Mattress Pad
- Coverlet
- Pillow and Pillowcase
- Bath Towels
- Soap
- Free Ethernet connections - Ethernet cable not provided
- A limited number of mobility-impaired sleeping rooms are available upon request

Reservation are accepted online by completing the reservation form through RegOnline. All reservations must be prepaid using the RegOnline website.

Dining on campus:
Breakfast is included in the accommodation price. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served Sunday through Saturday in Café in the Park, located in Mary Park Hall. Additional meals can be purchased at the door. Meal service hours are as follows:

Reservation Deadlines:
We recommend you reserve ahead. A reservation for Summer Orientation Overnight Accommodations must be received and prepaid at least 48 hours (2 business days) prior to the arrival date. Reservations received on Saturdays and Sundays will be handled the next business day. Reservations received less than 48 hours prior to arrival will not be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy:
A written cancellation must be received via e-mail no later than 48 hours prior to arrival date; otherwise, a night's stay in the accommodation type selected will be charged to your credit card, including a nominal convenience fee.
Refund Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, a $5.00 processing fee will be deducted from each transaction. This amount is not collected by Conference Services or University Housing.
