Situated in the southwest corner of SF State campus, the Housing Community offers conference organizers and planners the convenience of overnight, dining, and meeting spaces located in one central area.

During the summer months, five levels of accommodation are available. Each accommodation type includes:

• Bed Linen
• Blanket
• Mattress Pad
• Coverlet
• Pillow and Pillowcase
• Bath Towels
• Soap

All sleeping rooms have Ethernet connections that are free to conference groups. We also have a limited number of mobility-impaired sleeping rooms for your use.

Mary Park and Mary Ward Residence Halls

• Each residence hall can accommodate up to 400 guests, double occupancy
• Each bedroom is furnished with two single beds, two desks, and two closets
• Residence Hall bedrooms do not have private bathrooms
• Gender-specific bathrooms are located on each floor, including a private toilet, shower stalls and wash basins.
• In each Residence Hall, laundry facilities, lounges and vending machines are located in the Lobby Areas
  

Towers at Centennial Square

• This 15-story apartment building can accommodate 500 guests, in double occupancy one or two-bedroom apartments
• Each of the fully-furnished two-bedroom apartments have a kitchen, living/dining area, and bathroom
• These units do not include kitchen utensils or cookware, but do have microwave ovens and full refrigerators
• Laundry facilities and vending machines are located on the Lobby floor

Science and Technology Theme Community

• This community can accommodate 100 guests, double occupancy
• Each bedroom is equipped with two single beds, two desks, one shared closet
• Each double occupancy bedroom comes with its own private bathroom

Village at Centennial Square apartments

• This community can accommodate 700 guests, in single and double occupancy two and three-bedroom apartments
• Each apartment is fully furnished and include a kitchen, living/dining area, and two bathrooms
• Village apartments do not include kitchen utensils or cookware, but do have microwave ovens and full refrigerators

University Park South Town homes

University Park South Town homes are available for rent during the summer months. These units are located adjacent to campus. UPS Units are 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths, 2 bedrooms 1 bath, and 1 bedroom 1 bath town homes with spacious living and dining rooms and semi private patios. Internet access may not be available in UPS town homes

• Each unit is fully furnished and and include single beds, kitchen, bathroom, living/dining area
• Three bedroom units offer two single occupancy bedrooms and one double occupancy bedroom and two bathroom
• Two bedroom units offer one single occupancy bedroom and one double occupancy bedroom and one bathroom
• One bedroom units offer one double occupancy bedroom and one bathroom.
• UPS town homes do not include kitchen utensils or cookware, but do have microwave ovens and full refrigerators.
