Templates
These templates will provide you with a simple way to create attractive, well-branded documents.
Basic Microsoft Word document
For day-to-day use creating a wide variety of documents. This document has the SF State logo in the header, page number and "last updated" auto text in footer, pre-set type styles, proper margins, SF State color palette in custom colors.
Letterhead (electronic)
For creating letters with the official letterhead look if you're not printing document out on letterhead stock. (For example, if you are sending a document as an electronic attachment but still want it to look like letterhead).
Letterhead (imprint on printed stock)
For creating letters that will print out on letterhead stock. The margins and live text areas of this document are pre-set to fit properly on letterhead stock.
PowerPoint Presentation Templates
For creating PowerPoint Presentations branded with the SF State logo and signature colors. Includes editable text fields for personalized content.
Fliers
Multi-purpose flier/poster templates with a wide variety of images and color themes. Note that additional flyer templates will be added periodically.
Meeting notes
Consolidates a meeting agenda and meeting minutes into one single document. Use the top portion to define meeting agenda/objectives. Use bottom portion to record meeting outcomes and next steps. Automatically expands to multiple pages.
Mailing labels
For use with laser-compatible Avery mailing label sheets 5164, 5264, 5524, 8164, 8254 and 8464.
Download Instructions
Downloading from a PC:

Select the item you would like to download.

Right-click on the link.

Select "Save" or "Save File to Disk."

Choose location on your computer or shared server in which to save file.

Click "Save."
For .zip files:

Open the folder in which your .zip file is stored.

Double-click the .zip archive file to expand.
Downloading from a Mac
-
Select the item you would like to download.

Control-click the link.
-
Select "Save File to Disk."

Choose location on your computer or shared server in which to save file.

Click "Save."
For .zip files:

Open the folder in which your .zip file is stored.

Double-click the .zip archive file.
-
File will extract to a folder with the same name as the archive, sitting in the same location as the archive. All assets will be contained within this folder.
