Online Directory of Student Organizations: Update Your Organization's Listing

The online directory of student organizations is tied to the OrgSync portal for each organization and can be accessed at http://sfstate.orgsync.com/search. You can update what information appears and does not appear by editing the "Organization Profile" for your organization. An admin for the portal should log in to OrgSync, go to "Settings" and then go to "Organization Profile". Once the changes/updates have been made, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "SUBMIT". Student organizations that choose not to update their organization's profile in OrgSync will have a blank listing in the online directory of student organizations.

Student Organization Registration Deadline Passed

The registration deadline for student organizations has passed. Student organizations that have not submitted your registration form for the 2009-2010 academic year are currently not recognized groups. This means that you will not be able to apply for ASI funding, table on campus, reserve University space, and that already reserved University venues may be cancelled.

Student organization leaders can still re-register/register their organization using OrgSync. However, the president will need to come into LEAD, SSB 105, in order to register since you missed the deadline. LEAD has Registration/OrgSync drop-in hours listed in the next section below.

Groups who have submitted their registration forms will be notified within the next couple weeks regarding their status. In the meantime, the organization can continue doing University business.
