MATHEMATICS
There
are many places that offer support for math classes, especially Math
59, 60 and 70. Don't wait until you get behind or get a C to take
advantage of all the resources that are available to help you succeed.
Talk to your instructor! Get a tutor! You can receive tutoring from
9 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and until 2 p.m. on Friday.
The
LAC offers tutoring for this subject. With an LAC tutor, you can learn
and practice how to study math effectively by identifying and learning
to talk about concepts, discovering patterns and making connections,
and problem-solving.
In total, there are five places that offer tutoring for math, listed
here alphabetically.
