Advanced Instructional Multimedia Tools (Flash II)
Prerequisites: ITEC 823
This course focuses on the advance production process for instructional multimedia, through the workflow phases of design, development, management, and delivery of Computer-Based Instruction prototype. Emphasis will be on instructional methods, curriculum delivery, design principles, problem solving related to user interface and interaction design, advance multimedia techniques, primarily Adobe/Macromedia Flash. Before enrolling in this course, students should already have the basic fundamentals for creating an interactive instructional multimedia project. Students work throughout the semester following a production schedule, creating a final instructional multimedia project which is either web, CD-ROM or video based.
