Accessibility

In order to make information as accessible as possible and to ensure that it is available even to those using non-standard forms of technology, the structure of this site's pages follow the guidelines laid out in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act as well as the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 (WCAG 1.0) in complete conformity with level AA and potential conformity with level AAA.

CSS Style Sheets have been adhered to in presenting content and organization so that pages may be read with any browser or interpreted in linear fashion without loss of information. Frames have been furnished with all necessary requirements such that they may be read under optimal conditions even when using text-based browsers.

Some information and links, normally invisible, may be useful for those using text-based browers (such as screen readers, etc.) in order to understand the layout of the pages themselves or to skip their repetitive parts and go directly to content areas.

Every meaningful image has been provided with a textual alternative.

Characters have been defined proportionally so that they may be reconfigured using the appropriate browser commands.
