HH Certificate Program |
|
The Holistic Health Certificate Program is available to degree and non-degree students. The Certificate of Study in Holistic Health is offered by IHHS as a resource for health care professionals seeking career enrichment and for those pursuing personal growth and a deeper understanding of
holistic health.

Applications for HH Minor or Certificate Program
For assignment of an advisor or to apply, contact the Department
of Health Education, HSS Building, Room 326; (415) 338-1210.
Once coursework has been completed, a student can receive the
HH Certificate by the following steps:
- Complete the required coursework (see above) and fill out the HH Certificate form available in HED office.
- Obtain a HH faculty signature -
as advisor and forward to the HH Director and Dept. Chair for signitures
- Retrive form from the HH
office and obtain Dean of Undergraduate Studies signature (ADM 447)
- Take the approved form to
the cashier's office (ADM 155) and pay a $7 processing fee.
- Obtain an unoffical copy of
transcripts from the Registrars office showing completion of courses.
- Submit all documents, transcripts
and receipt to the Graduate Division office (ADM 254) where they will authorize the issuance of the
Holistic Health Certificate on behalf of IHHS and SFSU.
