IHHS offers a unique service to the University Community through the Healthy Computing Project. Regular Healthy Computing Email Tips*, transmitted to staff and students alike, provide helpful reminders for maintaining health and productivity while working at the computer. In addition, staff and students are welcome to come into the IHHS biofeedback lab (HSS329, HH Learning Center) for personalized training in the Seven Components of Healthy Computing. Another service provided is on-site ergonomic and work style evaluations. To receive the Healthy Computing Email Tips, send an email to healthco@sfsu.edu.

* The Institute for Holistic Healing Studies and SFSU Human Resources co-sponsor the distribution of Healthy Computing Email Tips.
