Who Can Benefit?

Anyone can derive benefit from the Holistic Health program. Yet, the program is of special interest to different students:

The HH Minor serves as an interdisciplinary liberal arts program that complements or supplements a student's major field of study, especially in health-related areas. Benefits for HH Minor/Certificate students include: individual advising with IHHS faculty, priority on the waiting list for HH courses and opportunity to network with other HH students.

Students preparing for careers in complementary/alternative health care careers such as Chinese Medicine, Naturopathy, somatic therapy and biofeedback. The HH program offers a pre-professional track which can both help prepare you for a career in health care and possibly reduce the number of required courses you will need to take when you arrive there. (See Special Major option)
