Sexual harassment is a form of discrimination. It violates University Policy and is illegal (University Executive Order #95-18), Title VII of the Civil Rights act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. Policy and procedures can be found in the SFSU Student Bulletin, the SFSU Faculty Manual or the Human Resources website ueo_95_18.html
