Unit Responsibilities

The Staff Employment Services Unit within Human Resources, Safety & Risk Management, is responsible for  recruitment and hiring of SF State Staff and Administrators.  The unit provides consultation regarding the CSU Classification Standards, CSU Salary Schedule and SF State Careers on-line recruitment system as it relates to the recruitment process, in addition to the processing of ETRAC's which complete the recruitment cycle.
