  • Consults with and provides benefit information to SFSU employees concerning available CSU programs
  • Responsible for the preparation, processing and monitoring of plan enrollments for health, dental, vision, FlexCash, COBRA, Direct Pay, Life Insurance, LTD, Health Care Reimbursement and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts
  • Researches and resolves employee benefits related issues
