AEIOU Achieving Excellence In Our University

  
The Service & Teamwork Award Recognition (STAR) Program

The Service & Teamwork Award Recognition (STAR) Program is intended to identify and recognize SFSU staff members who distinguish themselves in their performance and contributions to the University. These are employees who have demonstrated the ability to promote the University's mission and who strive for the highest possible standards in that endeavor.

All staff members, excluding Unit 4, who are in temporary, probationary or permanent positions are eligible for consideration. Additionally, a predefined project/work team may be considered.

For additional information on the STAR Program, including information about Nominating STARs and volunteering for the Committee, please consult HR Practice Directive 570.
