Other private individuals or groups interested in having a special event on campus grounds or facilities should contact Norma Siani, Director, Special Events in University Advancement located at (415) 338-6141 in ADM 154D. The University must receive a Certificate of Insurance prior to the commencement of any work and/or scheduled event.
Types and amounts of coverage have been established by the University for all parties to show evidence of satisfactory insurance coverage. Details of these requirements are provided in CSU Executive order 849 – CSU Insurance Requirements.
Required Certificates of Insurance must be received and paid prior to the commencement of any scheduled event.
