Human Resources Self Service

Current SF State employees (faculty and staff) can access self-service applications by selecting from the appropriate links below. These links allow you to view and change your current home address, emergency contacts, view current benefits information and review/apply for SF State jobs online. To manage absence and time reporting, you may view leave balances and report absence. Managers and Timekeepers can access Absence Management administrative functions to review and approve time.
