SUMMER RESIDENTS CONTINUING TO FALL HOUSING
YOU ARE A SUMMER RESIDENT ELIGIBLE TO CONTINUE YOUR HOUSING TO FALL 2008 IF:
- You have made your initial Fall housing payment.
- You have received an official confirmation of Fall housing space via email.

All summer housing ends on Friday August 15th at 5pm. All Summer residents must vacate by 5:00 pm, without exception. Residents who have paid their initial Fall 2008 payment and have received an official notice of confirmed housing space for Fall 2008, may apply for an addendum to continue their summer housing until their Fall 2008 License Terms begin (also known as Fall move-in date).
If you are confirmed for Fall housing you have two options for housing until your Fall move-in date.
Option One: Completely move out all of your belongings on Friday August 15, 2008 by 5pm, until your Fall License begins (also known as Fall move-in date). Different buildings have different move-in dates. See below for more information.
Option Two: Completely move out all of your belongings on Friday August 15, 2008 by 5pm but move directly into your Fall 2008 space. If you choose to stay on campus until your Fall move-in date you will still need to move on August 15 and you need to pay an addendum to your License Agreement. This means you will have to pay for the additional days in-between your Summer License end date (Friday August 15th) and Fall license begin date. Different buildings have different move-in dates, see below.
Two Addendums will be available:
Fall 2008 residents who are confirmed for buildings Ward, Park, STTC, TCS or VCS-C, will be charged a daily rate from Saturday, August 16 to Wednesday, August 20.
Fall 2008 residents who are confirmed for VCS-A & B and UPS will be charged a daily rate from August 16 until their move-in date of August 25.
Addendums must be paid in full at the time of signing an addendum.
