Summer Housing
Current SF State Housing Residents
The 2011-2012 academic year License Agreement ends on May 18, 2012 at 8pm. However, if you have been confirmed for a Housing space during Summer Session, you may choose to stay on campus for the period of time between the Spring Move-Out and first summer move-in date (June 3 at 10am).
If you would like to stay on campus between Spring Move-Out and Summer Session, you will need to complete an addendum to your Summer License Agreement.
The addendum bridges the time between your 2011-2012 License Agreement (ends May 18) and your Summer 2012 License Agreement (begins June 3). You will need to make an additional payment for these days, which is due at the time of signing the addendum.
The addendum is in two parts:
Part 1: Saturday, May 19 - Wednesday, May 23. You will be charged based on the daily rate for your Spring 2012 Housing space.
Part 2: Thursday, May 24 - Saturday, June 2. You will be charged based on the daily rate for your Summer 2012 Housing space.
You will transition to your Summer space between Thursday, May 24 and Friday, May 25.
Please note that meals are not included for the duration of the addendum, though meals may be purchased at the dining center beginning May 31.

If you would not like to stay on campus between Spring Move-Out and Summer Session, you will need to move out by May 18 at 8pm, and will not be allowed to move into your Summer space until June 3 at 10am.
