Summer Housing
Current SF State Housing Residents
The 2012-2013 academic year License Agreement ends on Friday, May 24, 2013 at 8pm. However, if you have been confirmed for a Housing space during Summer Session, you may choose to stay on campus for the period of time between the Spring Move-Out and first Summer move-in date (Sunday, June 9 at 10am).
If you would like to stay on campus between Spring Move-Out and Summer Session, you will need to complete an addendum to your Summer License Agreement.
The addendum bridges the time between your 2012-2013 License Agreement (ends Friday, May 24) and your Summer 2013 License Agreement (begins Sunday, June 9). You will need to make an additional payment for these days, which is due at the time of submitting the addendum.
The addendum is in two parts:
Part 1: Saturday, May 25 - Wednesday, May 29. You will be charged based on the daily rate for your Spring 2013 Housing space..
Part 2: Thursday, May 30 - Saturday, June 8. You will be charged based on the daily rate for your Summer 2013 Housing space..
You will transition to your Summer space between Wednesday, May 29 and Friday, May 31.
Please note that meals are not included for the duration of the addendum.

If you choose not to stay on campus between Spring Move-Out and Summer Session, you will need to move out by May 24 at 8pm, and will not be allowed to move into your Summer space until June 9 at 10am.
