Laundry and Vending Machine Refunds

Please review the refund policy for vending machines & laundry machines in the Residence Community thoroughly, before submitting your request below:

  1. Refund request will be processed in the order received usually within 10 days of receipt date. An email message will be sent to requestor once the refund has been processed.
  2. Refunds will be provided in person at the Housing Business Office once request is processed. Resident will receive a confirmation email to retrieve the refund in person.
  3. Machine malfunctions will be verified before refund is authorized. We reserve the right to deny a refund if situation cannot be verified.
  4. Incomplete refund requests will not be accepted.
  5. Refund requests for all add-value machines, including those in the Housing Community, must be made through the OneCard office. Requests for add-value machine refunds through this form will not be processed.
