University Park North

Single or double occupancy rooms in a furnished apartments with a kitchen, spacious living and dining rooms, and bathrooms.

Eligibility: Returning and first time transfer students who are older than 19 and younger than 25 years old.

The University Park North Apartments are located across the street from Stonestown Galleria and the United Artists Twin Cinema. Lake Merced is a short walk away, which offer abundant opportunities for recreation and leisure activities- jogging, golf, tennis and more. Public transportation is within walking distance and includes both buses and light rail, MUNI.

Housing provides a 256 Kbps Internet connection for each resident. Both wired and wireless connections are provided to all residents. Higher speed connections are available at additional cost.

Housing provides a single telephone line in each unit that is shared by all roommates. The line has free local and campus calling and a single voicemail box. A telephone instrument is also provided. Long distance plans and individual phone numbers are available at additional cost.
