The Towers at Centennial Square Apartments are one and two-bedroom apartments for first-time freshmen students.

  1. All apartments are double occupancy. One bedroom apartments are shared by two students. Two bedroom apartments are shared by four students.

  2. All apartments are furnished with couches, dining room table and chairs, beds, desks, armoires, dressers, and closets. Housing provides a 256 Kbps Internet connection for each resident. Both wired and wireless connections are provided to all residents. Higher speed connections are available at additional cost.

  3. Housing provides a single telephone line in each unit that is shared by all roommates. The line has free local and campus calling and a single voicemail box. A telephone instrument is also provided. Long distance plans and individual phone numbers are available at additional cost.

  4. Each apartment resident is required to purchase a minimum of a 10 meals a week plan. Other meal plans such as 15 or 19 meals a week, are also available.

  5. The building will have a Residential Life staff whose members work very closely with residents to insure their academic and interpersonal success. Resident Assistants encourage residents to develop their leadership skills and play an active role in the community.

  6. Apartment sizes vary; a typical one bedroom apartment is approximately 600 square feet, and a typical two bedroom apartment is approximately 900 square feet.

Specially adapted units for students with disabilities are available on a first-come first served basis to students who register thru Disabilities Programs & Resource Center (DPRC).
