Future Resident Cancellation of License Agreement

Future residents may use this form to cancel their SF State University housing license agreement. If you wish to cancel the space you are currently occupying, you may not use this form. Instead, stop by the University Housing Office in Mary Ward Hall to submit a Request to Petition Intent to Vacate.

I understand that by pressing the submit button below University Housing will process my housing application and/or license agreement cancellation and refund. I understand that the $55 housing application fee is non-refundable. If I change my mind, I understand that I will need to reapply for housing, and the previous application willl be void.
