Move-In Day for all confirmed housing residents is Thursday, August 23, 2012, beginning at 10:00AM. Confirmed residents will receive an email containing roommate information and designated move-in time at the end of July.

Check in for University Park North will be located at the University Park Residence Life Office, located at 17 Buckingham Way.

Residence Halls, Towers at Centennial Square, Science and Technology Theme Community, Village at Centennial Square
Residents checking in after 5:00pm on Move-in Day will need to check in at the Community Desk of the building they are assigned to. Access to buildings is granted by the SF State OneCard (Student ID). Students who have not received their OneCard may use the utility phone available next to the front door to call the Community Desk for assistance.
University Park South and North
Residents will check in at the Towers at Centennial Square Community Desk, located at 796 Font Blvd.
Please note: the University Housing Office will be closed after 5:00pm.
The hand-truck rental booth will be located in the middle of all 4 campus housing communities in the front of the Science and Technology Theme Community. Residents will be asked to leave a form of identification (such as a Student ID Card or Driver's License) in exchange for a hand-truck. There is a 30 minute time limit on all hand-truck rentals.
University Housing suggests residents bring their own hand truck/dolly for move-in, as we have a limited number to provide students.
Meal Plans included in the License Agreement will be activated for dinner on Move-In Day. Lunch is free for all residents WITH a meal plan. Lunch is available for purchase for family and friends.
Residents can only lower their Meal Plan during the first week of each semester. Residents may raise their Meal Plan at any time beginning August 23. Meal Plan Change forms can be found in the Housing Business Office.
