Housing Application for Fall 2012-Spring 2013 Academic Year now available!
University Housing recommends you apply for housing before being admitted to SF State University and no later than January 30, 2012. Housing is first-come, first-served and demand is very high. The housing application process is separate from University admission. Click here to apply for on-campus student housing
If you are interested in applying for Spring 2012, please contact the Housing Business Office for more information.
The next Housing "Installment" payment is due February 1st
February 1st is the due date for the 7th installment payment for housing residents on the Installment Payment plan. University Housing accepts payments of check, cashier's check, and money order. When making your payment, please use the Installment Payment Form found on the "Forms" page of our website: http://www.sfsu.edu/~housing/forms Please include your students name and ID on any check or money order to insure proper billing.
You may also make your installment payment online through the Bursar's Office EPOS site http://www.sfsu.edu/~bursar/ under quick links. Please note: SF State does not accept VISA cards. Please direct any questions about the EPOS online payment site to the Bursar's office.
Installment payments are due the 1st of every month. For more information about payments and other financial questions, see the Financial Newsletter found on the "Family Resource" page.
Explore Housing - Smartphone App GPS Guided Housing Tours now available
Along with the official San Francisco State University campus tour app, you now have the option to get unlimited access to GPS-guided tours of the housing community in the palm of your hands. Experience the community by walking through the guided points-of-interest at your own pace. While visiting the residential community from the convenience of your home, use your iTunes or Android enabled device to move through various locations from the residence halls to the University Park apartment community. Descriptions and pictures will guide you through the tours and allow you to explore each location. Each tour can be streamed or downloaded.
