Levels of Software Support
Help Desk offers the following Levels of Software Support for the various software packages on campus computer systems, CSU specialty centers and desktop computers (mainly in the Division of Information Technology (DoIT) Lab). Help Desk provides primary support for the software packages in the Recommended Software list below. The other lists are of software packages that are available in the DoIT Lab, on the SFSU Internet Cluster, or available to the campus community to meet special requirements.
Help Desk also makes Macintosh applications and Windows Applications and Utilities available on the Web for SFSU users to download.
Additional information on the SFSU Site Licenses & Pricing Agreement, and the CSU-Microsoft Campus Enterprise Agreement program are available.
