Incoming Mail (IMAP) Port: Use SSL and port 993

SMTP

SMTP Server: smtps.sfsu.edu
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Port: Use TLS and port 587 or 465

 

Domino (Student E-mail)

IMAP Account: your e-mail address
IMAP Server: you can find your server by logging in at http://www.sfsu.edu/email
Incoming Mail (IMAP) Port: Use SSL and port 993.

SMTP

SMTP: Your SMTP server will be the same as your IMAP server
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Port: Use SSL and port 465.
 

POP

We strongly encourage the use of the IMAP protocol. For more information on why we recommend not using POP please see POP vs IMAP.
