Division of Information Technology (DoIT) provides centralized computing and communications services to the entire campus, including centralized computing systems, consulting services, a campus-wide data communications network, and personal computer/printer repair.

E-mail consulting is provided via the E-mail address: helpdesk@sfsu.edu. We strive to provide users with a quick and timely response to all questions and comments sent to this address.

On the Web, we have the SRS (Service Request System) where you can search for solutions in our databases, send in queries, and check on the status of your request. Point your Web browser to: http://www.sfsu.edu/~doit/hd.htm#assist and click on the Help Desk Service Request link to submit a service request.

Documentation

Our Help Desk documents provide information about using campus network services and online information resources. There are general guides available as handouts in ADM-110.

Online Documents
