Congratulations on your admission to San Francisco State University Graduate Studies. In order to claim your spot for this semester you must do the following:

Print your own Checklist

Accept your Offer of Admission – accept your offer of admission and select an SFSU e-mail account or decline your admission. Note: If you decline admission you cannot transfer admission status to a new semester.

Set up your SFSU E-mail Account – Once you have accepted your offer of admission, all future communications will be sent to your SFSU e-mail account. It is important that you check your SFSU e-mail regularly or XXXXX the SFSU account to your personal email.

Clear Immunization Holds - You must show proof that you have received all required immunizations before you will be allowed to register for classes. Submit proof of immunization or Immunization Form directly to Registrar’s Office.

Pay fees and register for classes – For information about registering for classes, click here and select “Registration Time.”

Submit pending transcripts – review your admission status on the web at SF State Gateway to determine if you need to submit any outstanding or final transcripts.

Students with disabilities – you may be eligible for services from the Disability Programs and Resource Center (DPRC). To request accommodations in a class, you must be registered with DPRC.

Non-Resident Students – review your residency status on your admission letter. If you are a domestic non-resident, you must comply with all regulations required to become a California Resident. Click to see requirements: http://www.sfsu.edu/~gradstdy/faqs-residency.htm.
