Congratulations on your SFSU admission!
In order to secure your spot in your program for this semester, you must do the following:
1. Accept Admission offer
If you plan to attend SFSU, you MUST accept your offer of admission as soon as possible. Go to: https://www.sfsu.edu/online/appstat.htm and click on "Check Application Status".

Once you accept Admission offer, you will be able to set up a SFSU email account pay fees and register for classes on-line. We will send important information to you through this email account, including priority registration dates. You will not be able to register until you complete the on-line "Accept Admission offer" process.
2. Clear any holds on your registration
All students must clear registration holds before they can register for classes. You will need to clear Immunization, Health Insurance and Financial holds before you can register for classes.
Immunization: SFSU requires ALL newly admitted students to submit immunization records for Measles, Mumps and Rubella. You should FAX, mail or submit proof of immunization in person directly to the Registrar's office. To obtain the Registrar's immunization form, go to: http://www.sfsu.edu/~admisrec/forms/regforms/mmr.pdf
Health Insurance: All international students are required to have health insurance while studying at SFSU. Proof of insurance must be submitted directly to the Student Health Services office. Visit the SHS website for more details: http://www.sfsu.edu/~shs/ click on "Health Insurance".
3. Pay fees and Register for classes:

You must submit any outstanding official academic documents (mark sheets, bachelor's degree certificates, final academic record, official TOEFL or IELTS test scores) to the Division of Graduate Studies. Failure to submit these documents will result in a hold placed on your record and you will not be allowed to register for your second semester. You can determine what outstanding documents the Division of Graduate Studies requires by logging into your MYSFSU account. Go to: https://www.sfsu.edu/online/login.htm.
