Important Graduate Advising Information
Advising hours are only Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, so please allow at least one (1) week for phone and email responses. If you need immediate attention, please contact your department or Grad Stop at 415/338.2234.
Advising sessions are typically 30 minutes. Students are asked to arrive a few minutes early to sign in. Students 15 or more minutes late will be asked to reschedule.
Please bring a copy of transcripts from all colleges/universities attended.
Engage in leadership and professional development by joining Graduate Student Association (GSA)
**Classified & Conditionally Classified students on probation should contact their Advisor within their program for assistance and fill out and sign an Academic Probation Form.
Unclassified & Post-baccalaureate students on probation should contact the Graduate Studies Advisor.
