FERP Emeritus Agreement
Faculty in the Early Retirement Program (FERP) or Emeriti Faculty must complete an Agreement form with you in order to serve as second member of your supervising committee for the Culminating Experience. FERP or Emeriti faculty may not serve as chair of the committee.
The faculty member must first complete the section detailing the available time frame for working with you, and sign. Please review the information provided and sign to indicate you agree to meet all appointments and deadlines in order to complete your Culminating Experience in a timely manner.
Please be aware that the faculty member may not be available for consultation or support beyond the time frame of this agreement.
