Comprehensive Examination
The comprehensive examination may or may not be associated with a course in your department. Check your program requirements.
This form must be completed online and printed for signatures. No handwritten proposals will be accepted. Please be sure to include the department, name, and rank of your faculty member (professor, associate professor, assistant professor or lecturer). If you do not know the rank, ask your department office staff or the instructor.
