There are approximately 6,000 students enrolled in post baccalaureate study at San Francisco State University in 95 master's programs, an Ed.D., 27 credential programs, and 3 joint doctoral programs with the University of California. The initial application filing period for admission to the Spring 2011 term begins on August 1, 2010. However, because the California Governor and Legislature have not yet adopted a budget, San Francisco State University does not yet know how many students we can admit. While we will process your application, no offers of admission will be sent until we know more about the budget, including funding to support an increase in the CSU’s enrollment.
